Superpang is a record label based in Rome, releasing music primarily in digital format through Bandcamp. The commission involved creating a type-based visual identity which would communicate the idea of a series of releases. The design is defined by the square format divided into a grid with no margins. The album information is typeset using a monospaced typeface which aligns to the grid both horizontally and vertically. Each release in the series is defined by a randomly selected colour.
